Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.

General Policies
All students must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the performance.
Some shows are rated PG-13, it is the parent's/guardian's responsibility to make the decision to include children younger than 13.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Neptune Township High School Michael T. Lake Performing Arts Center). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
